Hospital Update
During induction process Stacey was diagnosed with ” HELLP syndrome” .
This is a serious condition and luckily she was scheduled to be induced or it could have gotten much worse. Right now she has to stay longer in the Labor and Delivery area for closer observation. This is going to increase our stay a few extra days but better safe the sorry. Stacey has been on magnesium so this makes her real groggy and not able to do much…I guess this is why I am here J
Other than the above Stacey and Andrew are doing great and are making a strong recovery.
Hope to have more to report soon.

Announcing Andrew Connor Noland
Andrew arrived at approximately 11:45 am on Saturday October 30, 2004. Stacey had an long stay in the hospital starting at 8:00 pm on Thursday.
Andrew Connor Noland weighed in at 7 lb – 14oz at a length of 21 inchs, and was ready to go as soon as he was out
After they wrapped him up like a La Bamba burrito we were able to play with the tired little guy. He has a nice head of hair… and his dad is very jealous
After all of the excitement of having his Noland grandparents with Aunt Katie and Cousin Noah visit he was off to the nursery for a bath and under the warmer for a much needed nap.
More excitement to come when Stacey and Andrew both get some much need time to rest and recover.

I think Larry sent these to make me jealous… the car looks AWESOME.

Baby Room
The baby room has finally come together.
Here is a nice picture of the Crib
Here is a picture of the crib and the nice car (matching the cobra that will be in the garage below his room)
This picture shows the border that wraps the room and some of the play stuff he already has.
The focal point for the room has to be this chair… I hope he likes red when he grows up.
I think this will be the last time I see this room this nice for a while, everyone is telling us it is going to be crazy…should be fun.
Stay tuned for more exciting updates

Week 37 Update
Well here we are at Week 37 already and the kid is already 7 lbs and 11 oz. Looks like he will be a big one
Stacey is slowly moving around the house and trying to keep her feet elevated (little swollen).
We had a sonogram on Tuesday and Dr. Apt on Wednesday. He is getting a little larger than the doctor would like in addition he is running out of fluid (??) So it looks like she maybe induced early. At this point Stacey is ready to get to the next phase (done being pregnant I guess).
Since the little guy is running out of room there is not a lot of good pictures to take with the sonogram machine… but here is a picture of his face.

Watch this space for more updates…. they would be even more often if I could get Stacey to do them.
